SEN Boccia competition

On Tuesday 24th January, Ben Jonson took part in the annual SEN Boccia competition at Swanlea Secondary School. Our children competed against other schools from the borough. We managed to win two games and draw one in the group stages, which allowed us to progress to the quarter finals which we won. We then progressed to the semi finals but despite the valiant effort of the children, we lost 2-0. Considering the fact that it was the first time some children had competed against other schools, our children should be immensely proud of their achievements. It was amazing to see the children compete with smiles on their faces and thoroughly enjoy themselves.

Go Ben Jonson!
