Science Week – CRASH BANG WOLLOP!
This week is packed full of workshops (for children and parents), activities and even a competition to celebrate Science week. The science team (Alisha and Alex) have invited scientists from the Royal Institute, the Gastronauts and even a Potion expert to do several workshops in our school.
Monday: The Royal Institute Science show for Year 2 and 4 and a Parent workshop after school at 5.45 to 6.45.
Tuesday: Potion workshops. Reception parent/child workshop (9.15-10.15). Year 4 parent/child workshop (2.15-3.15). Trips to Science museum (Timor, Baffin and Flores).
Wednesday: Potion and Gastronauts workshops and Gastronaut assembly (9.10-10.00).
Thursday: Trips to the Science Museum ( Java, Coral and Arctic). Year 5 parent/child workshop (9.15-10.15) . Year 6 parent/child workshop 2.15-3.15).
Friday: Trips to the Science Museum(Torres, Tasman and Aegean). Year 2 parent/child workshop (9.15-10.15). Year 3 parent/child workshop (2.15-3.15).
Year 1 Parent Workshop 2.15 till 3.15 on Monday 30th January.
All Parent/Child workshops in the main hall.
