Science Week
Thank you to everyone for making Science Week such a success! The staff at Ben Jonson went the extra mile; we had hundreds of wonderful parents taking part in our Parent Workshops; and of course the children were fantastic all week!
Science Week
On Wednesday and Thursday, we were visited by James Mckay – the animal man! He brought a range of exotic animals: a huge African frog, a hissing cockroach, a snake, a lizard, a Madagascan Tenrec and a large rat! The children were able to find out lots about the different animals he brought.

On Monday, Ben Jonson was visited by Randal – the Falconer! He brought a range of birds that flew around the assembly hall, including owls, falcons and an eagle! Children in Year 4 and Year 6 were lucky enough to have a workshop with him.
