Here’s a group picture of us all in the camp square at Gilwell, Wednesday morning. BIG thank you to everyone who made this happen, and for one final time, Mary. we couldn’t have done it without any of you! We’ll see you all tomorrow….. don’t forget there’s still school for all of us on Friday…..

Hello Ben Jonson – this is Mediterranean Class, reunited with Humaira and Khadija in our classroom after our fantastic trip to Gilwell.
We have just arrived after a bittersweet coach journey back from the park as we are looking forward to seeing our families but were also sad to leave behind such great fun. The activities that we enjoyed the most were the 1-2-3…G! Swing, the movie night (E.T.) and getting a ‘wedgie boost’ doing crate stacking.
Perhaps we had more fun in our free time though, whether teasing Amina (the teacher) in the dining room, rolling down a hillside in glorious sunshine or clowning around in our bedrooms. We did miss everyone and were occasionally a bit pensive because of this, but there was always someone – like Monica with her ‘swish swish, rumble rumble’ or Tayebur singing in the corridors, toilets, dining room (everywhere!) – to cheer us up.
We just want to say thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the trip, especially Mary and Alex. Thank you very much for such an amazing trip!
